Whether your dog is displaying fear-based aggression, territorial aggression, or is reactive toward other dogs or humans, our program focuses on modifying these behaviors through a combination of controlled training, real-world exposure, and continued support.
The primary focus of this specialized program is to:
- Assess the root cause of the aggression or behavioral issue
- Modify aggression-related behaviors (fear, anxiety, territoriality, reactivity, etc.)
- Increase socialization skills in both controlled environments and public spaces
- Teach impulse control and proper social interaction with humans and other dogs
- Desensitize and counter-condition triggers that provoke aggressive reactions
- Increase overall obedience and communication, creating a more balanced and well-behaved dog
This program combines behavior modification techniques with obedience training to address both the cause and manifestation of aggressive behavior. In addition, we offer controlled socialization opportunities to expose your dog to real-world environments.
The Aggression & Specialized Behavior Modification program is an extension of our “Breakthroughs for Life” program. As part of this add-on, your dog will receive 4 additional private lessons specifically designed to address aggressive behaviors and reinforce the training progress made. These one-on-one sessions focus on the individual needs of your dog, providing ongoing support and ensuring lasting success as your dog transitions from the training environment to daily life.
